AppSumo Sumo Day 2026: Deals I’ve Reviewed + What Else Is Available
Sumo Day is AppSumo’s Prime Day-style sale: a short window where AppSumo discounts featured software deals and stacks that with bigger savings for Plus members. AppSumo told creators that this year’s event includes 10% off sitewide and 19% off for Plus members.
This post contains affiliate links. AppSumo is sponsoring my Sumo Day coverage, but I’m organizing this around tools I’ve already reviewed, what I actually thought, and where I’d be cautious.
The goal here is simple: if one of these deals looks interesting, you can watch the original review, read the full article, check the current Sumo Day deal, and see the listed pricing tiers without bouncing all over my site.
How I’d use this list
- Start with the tools I’ve already reviewed. Those sections include the original video, my article, a deal button, and the pricing tiers from the creator sheet.
- Do not buy a tool just because it is discounted. The best AppSumo purchases usually replace something you already pay for or solve a workflow you have right now.
- For tools I have not reviewed yet, I’m listing them separately instead of pretending I have hands-on opinions.
Deals I’ve already reviewed
Rybbit
What it is
Rybbit is the analytics deal I’d look at if you want something lighter and more privacy-friendly than Google Analytics, but still need useful product analytics — real-time data, funnels, journeys, events, and Search Console-style visibility.
My take
I like Rybbit as a cleaner, privacy-friendly analytics option, but the tier choice matters. Tier 1 can work for a smaller site, but event volume gets tight quickly if you track a lot of custom events or run multiple projects.
Best fit
Small sites, indie SaaS projects, content sites, and anyone who wants cleaner analytics without turning every page into a tracking science project.

Dadan
What it is
Dadan is a Loom-style screen recorder with AI transcription, translation, lead capture, CTAs, quizzes, folders, privacy controls, and collaboration features.
My take
I like that Dadan goes beyond basic screen recording. The AI transcription, CTAs, quizzes, lead capture, and privacy controls make it useful for sales, onboarding, and training. If you already use Loom every day, compare the limits carefully, but this is one of the more straightforward deals in the lineup.
Best fit
Sales videos, onboarding, internal training, support walkthroughs, and client-facing async updates.

Letterly
What it is
Letterly turns messy voice notes into cleaner writing: emails, posts, newsletters, task lists, summaries, and other formats.
My take
I like Letterly if you already think out loud. It can turn messy voice notes into usable drafts without a lot of cleanup. The downside is that it will not magically change your habits if you do not naturally dictate ideas.
Best fit
Founders, creators, coaches, consultants, and anyone who captures ideas faster by talking than typing.

JoggAI
What it is
JoggAI takes a product URL and helps turn it into short AI video ads with scripts, avatars, templates, product shots, and fast rendering.
My take
I liked JoggAI because it was one of the stronger URL-to-video ad tools I had tested. It is useful for testing ad angles and making fast social variations, but avatar video can still look like avatar video. I would not use it as the face of a premium brand campaign without careful review.
Best fit
Ad testing, ecommerce product promos, quick social video variants, and teams that need to move faster than a traditional video workflow allows.

Video To Blog
What it is
Video To Blog converts YouTube videos or uploaded videos into blog posts with structure, screenshots, metadata, CTAs, and publishing options.
My take
I like Video To Blog because it matches a real creator workflow: you already did the hard work in the video, so the blog post should not start from zero. The credit model is a downside, and in my testing direct uploads worked better than pulling from YouTube.
Best fit
Creators, YouTubers, educators, and businesses that want written content from existing video without rebuilding every article manually.

FuseBase
What it is
FuseBase is a workspace and client portal tool with docs, tasks, knowledge bases, collaboration, and AI agent-style features.
My take
I like FuseBase most for agencies and client-service businesses. If your client work is scattered across docs, tasks, and messages, it can give you a cleaner portal/workspace. If you just want another notes app, it is probably more tool than you need.
Best fit
Agencies, consultants, client-service teams, and businesses that need a cleaner place for client-facing work.

Castmagic
What it is
Castmagic repurposes audio and video into show notes, newsletters, posts, summaries, clips, and other content assets.
My take
I like Castmagic for creators who publish audio or video regularly. It can save time turning recordings into show notes, newsletters, summaries, and other written assets. If you only record occasionally, the lifetime deal math is less obvious.
Best fit
Podcasters, YouTubers, interview-based creators, coaches, and teams repurposing long-form media into written assets.

Sendr
What it is
Sendr combines LinkedIn scraping, enrichment, and cold email outreach in one AppSumo deal.
My take
I like Sendr if outbound is already part of your workflow. The appeal is having prospecting and outreach closer together. The downside is that it will not create a sales process for you — you still need a list strategy, a reasonable offer, and good email deliverability habits.
Best fit
B2B sales, agency outreach, founder-led sales, and teams building targeted outbound lists.

FlexiFunnels
What it is
FlexiFunnels is a funnel and landing page builder positioned as an alternative to tools like ClickFunnels.
My take
I like the value in the lifetime pricing, but the transaction fees, UX rough edges, and mediocre builder are downsides.
Best fit
Landing pages, lead magnets, course funnels, webinar funnels, and small businesses trying to avoid another monthly funnel subscription.

Albato
What it is
Albato is a no-code automation tool in the Zapier/Make category, meant to connect apps and move data between workflows.
My take
I like Albato if it replaces an automation tool you already pay for or supports the exact apps you need. The downside with any Zapier/Make alternative is that the integrations matter more than the feature list. Do not buy it unless your core apps are supported.
Best fit
Small teams, operators, agencies, and anyone trying to automate repeatable app-to-app workflows.

Brilliant Directories
What it is
Brilliant Directories is for building directory-style sites: member directories, local directories, niche marketplaces, and similar projects.
My take
I like Brilliant Directories if you have a specific directory idea in mind. It is worth a look for member directories, local directories, and niche marketplaces. If you just want a general website builder, I would be more cautious.
Best fit
Niche directories, association/member sites, local business directories, and directory-first business ideas.

Semdash
What it is
Semdash sits in the SEO and content-planning bucket, with tools aimed at making keyword research, briefs, and content decisions easier.
My take
I like Semdash if it fits your actual SEO workflow and helps you make content decisions faster. The downside is that SEO tools easily become another dashboard you ignore, so I would only buy it if you have a repeatable content process.
Best fit
Bloggers, content teams, niche site builders, and small businesses doing repeatable SEO work.

NEURONwriter
What it is
NEURONwriter is a long-running SEO content optimization tool for planning and improving articles against search competitors.
My take
I like NEURONwriter if you already use Surfer-style content optimization or want that kind of workflow without another monthly bill. The tier limits and your writing process matter more than the feature list. It is only useful if you will actually run content through it before publishing.
Best fit
SEO writers, content marketers, affiliate site owners, and teams that want optimization guidance without another monthly subscription.

Mini Course Generator
What it is
Mini Course Generator helps create small courses and learning modules quickly.
My take
I like Mini Course Generator for quick courses, lead magnets, onboarding lessons, and small training assets. The downside is that I would not treat it as a full LMS replacement. If you are building a serious course business, compare it against your broader delivery stack.
Best fit
Lead magnets, onboarding lessons, internal training, small paid workshops, and quick educational assets.

Pretty Prompt
What it is
Pretty Prompt is a prompt-improvement tool with a Chrome extension, prompt library, and reusable context snippets. The main idea is to help regular AI users turn rough one-sentence prompts into more structured prompts with role, task, audience, tone, format, constraints, and a validation checklist.
My take
I gave Pretty Prompt a 7.6 out of 10. I like it for casual AI users and teams that want better prompts without learning prompt engineering deeply. For me personally, it is more of a nice-to-have because I already use heavier AI systems, and it is not trying to replace advanced agent workflows.
Best fit
Casual AI users, non-technical teams, small businesses, and anyone who wants better ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok outputs without learning prompt engineering deeply.

Puzzle
What it is
Puzzle is a visual business documentation tool for mapping workflows, teams, roles, people, software tools, and process changes in one structured workspace. It is less of a blank-canvas notes app and more of a visual operating map for how a business actually runs.
My take
I gave Puzzle a 7.8 out of 10. I like the visual structure, the software inventory, and the MCP connection for AI assistants, but the navigation quirks, manual layout cleanup, and limited automatic organization are downsides.
Best fit
Small teams, agencies, operators, and AI-heavy businesses that need a clearer source of truth for workflows, roles, tools, and invisible automation work.

Snoooz
What it is
Snoooz is an AI email assistant for categorizing messages, drafting replies, routing emails, creating follow-ups, and automating repetitive inbox workflows with rules and training data.
My take
I like Snoooz because it treats email automation like a controlled system instead of a magic “reply to everything” button. Draft mode, rule testing, training data, and the Gmail extension make it useful, but email is high-stakes. I would start with drafts, test heavily, and only give it more responsibility after it proves itself.
Best fit
Small teams, creators, founders, agencies, support inboxes, and businesses with repeatable email patterns that still want a human reviewing important replies.

One last buying note
Lifetime deals are best when they are boringly practical: they replace a tool you already use, support a workflow you already have, or let you test something without adding another monthly bill. If the use case is fuzzy, I’d rather skip it and wait for the next deal than buy shelfware because the timer is running.
I’ll keep this post updated if AppSumo adds anything important or if I publish more hands-on coverage from the Sumo Day lineup.
